Return policy

Customer orders may be cancelled unconditionally prior to the receipt of the customer's deposit. Within two days of receiving the deposit, the order may be cancelled with a full refund of the deposit, provided that the buyer bears any bank cross-border fees incurred during the refund process. After the two-day period, deposits for cancelled orders will not be refunded.

Customized Product Returns

For customized products, once production has commenced, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases of bulk quality issues.

Refund

Upon receiving your refund request, we will notify you via email whether your application for refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within a specified number of days and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method.

Delayed refund

If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank next time. Before the refund is announced, there is usually some processing time. If you have completed all these operations but still have not received a refund, please contact us.
